Application for recognition of the position of sparse objects
For the company Sisma S.P.A, leader in the laser marking and cutting sector, software was created un for scanning and recognizing various objects scattered on a worktable.
Starting from a two-dimensional acquisition, the application recognizes the model of each single object present and establishes its position and angle of rotation. Objects whose model is not identified are labeled as defective, as the lack of recognition is potentially linked to the presence of non-conformities.
