System for sorting gaur seeds

With the aim of supporting a charity project managed by the organization ‘OPERAZIONE MATO GROSSO’ in support of local populations in Peru, a machine capable of sorting guar seeds has been developed. 

Guar gum is obtained from guar seeds, a substance that finds application in many sectors, such as the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, textile and tobacco industries. 

The machine created allows the germ, the most valuable component, to be taken from the raw product to avoid having to do it manually. 

This operation is made possible with the use of a chamber which acquires the transit of the seeds on a carpet so that it is possible to intercept the germs and suck them up.
